How to place an order and pay for your purchase
CHOOSING YOUR ITEMS
Select the product and click the button 'add to basket' next to a product to add it to your shopping basket. At the shopping basket you can adjust quantities and/or remove items. Once happy and wanting to proceed with the order simply click the button 'go to checkout' and follow the instructions.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
When you are ready to pay click 'buy now' or 'click here to pay' on the shopping basket page. You can pay online using a credit or debit card through the secure online payment facilities provided by PayPal. It uses a 128 bit SSL encryption and are online payments service providers, please see www.paypal.co.uk for further information.
When you enter your card details on the PayPal website you will then be able to see that the page is secure as it will have a padlock (normally at the bottom right hand side of the window) and the URL of the website address will begin with https://www. rather than http://www.
Ethnic Elements does not have access to any credit / debit card details.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All prices (including any applicable taxes) are as specified besides the relevant product displayed on the website and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. For details of the delivery charges, see the scale of charges on the 'shipping and returns' page.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is currently set at 20%.
Prices, special offers and availability information are subject to change without notice. You will be advised of any changes to price, special offers and availability when you place an item in your shopping basket before you make a purchase.
ORDERS
When you place an order online, you will have the opportunity to check the details of your order and correct any errors before placing the order. When you place your order you are making an offer to buy. You will be sent an e-mail ("ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER") confirming receipt of your order from PayPal. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER is not acceptance of your offer. If your offer has been accepted you will be contacted by us via e-mail confirming the details of your order ("ORDER CONFIRMATION"). At this time your offer to buy will have been accepted and a legally binding contract will be formed and your order will be despatched to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (ON-LINE PAYMENT)
We do not have access to your debit/credit card details. Our payment processing is carried out by PayPal and complies with the highest privacy regulations and the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). You can tell the page is secure by the padlock icon being displayed on your browser. When you are making an on-line payment through PayPal you must also abide by the Terms & Conditions they give. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order confirmation e-mail will provide the following information:
- order reference number
- delivery name and address
- date of order
- item(s) ordered and prices
- grand total
- any special delivery notes you have requested
- information about how to cancel an order
- information about how to return goods
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Please check your order confirmation e-mail carefully. If you wish to make a change to your order please email us as at sales@ethnicelements.co.uk as soon as possible.
